SKIN

The skin protects the human body from harmful external influences, regulates our body temperature, is immunologically active and plays an important role in external appearances. There are a multitude of diverse skin disorders, which can include symptoms such as redness, itching, burning, scaling, blistering, purulent pustules and abscesses, tissue loss with open skin wounds, and excessive scarring. Frequent exposure to UV light causes chronic light damage within skin pigmentation, benign and malignant tumors.

The majority of allergic reactions is often caused by environmental influences. Many common skin diseases, such as eczema, acne and psoriasis, burden and stigmatize those affected. Chronic skin diseases significantly reduce the quality of life, however, modern dermatology has a wide range of examination and treatment options to help affected patients with the variety of skin fluctuations.
